Working with Local colleges or universities

Working in partnership with local colleges and universities is a great way to recruit candidates for your clients, especially if the students are studying for a qualification in a sector that we recruit in. Often, your colleagues in your branch will have already established a relationship with local colleges and universities, so it would be worth speaking with your team members to find out if any partnerships are already in place before making contact.

Again, more often than not your branch manager or colleagues will have already built a professional relationship with them. If this is not the case, a simple phone call or visit to discuss ways in which you can work together is a good place to start.
