This bespoke vehicle comes with our very own driver and is fully equipped to handle recruitment at remote locations throughout the country as well as on-site at your premises. The MRC allows us to respond rapidly to sudden changes in staffing demands as well as fill major contracts at short notice.
The MRC is also an invaluable tool for identifying and registering candidates across all of the key markets and sectors served by Blue Arrow where we do not have a local branch. In particular it aims to reach those from disadvantaged areas of the country, candidates with disabilities, older workers, ethnic minorities etc. for whom registering in a high street branch would possibly be a daunting prospect.
